A: A.Dodson’s is located in Suffolk, Virginia at 2948 Bridge Road just minutes from the Downtown, Midtown, and Monitor Merrimac Tunnels and the James River Bridge.
Q: What are the delivery rates to my area?
A: Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. Shipping costs are detailed prior to checkout of your order.
Q: How will my purchase be delivered when I order online?
A: Delivery is available anywhere UPS ships; P.O. Boxes are excluded.
Q: What methods of payment can I use?
A: A. Dodson’s accepts Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks, and cash at the shop and Visa and Mastercard online.
Q: Can I return items?
A: If you're not satisfied with a full price website purchase made within the last 30 days, we will gladly replace it (shipping charges are additional), refund your money to the account from which original payment was made (excluding shipping charges) or process an exchange (shipping charges are additional). Please enclose the original packing slip when shipping a return. Returns can also be made at the shop in person. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon check out.
Q: Will you charge sales tax on my order?
A: Orders shipping in Virginia will be charged the state tax rate.

Q: Can you gift wrap my order?
A: Yes, for a $5.00 fee per item excluding oversized items. Simply select the gift wrap icon when checking out.
