Contact us by e-mail at shop@adodsons.com or if you prefer call (757) 483-1344. Eastern Standard Time Hours: Monday – Saturday 10am to 5pm, closed Sundays. Seasonal hours from Thanksgiving to Christmas are Monday-Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sundays noon – 5pm.
GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with a website purchase made within the last 30 days, we will gladly replace or exchange it (shipping charges are additional unless you bring the item in to the shop) or refund your money to the account from which original payment was made (excluding shipping charges). If a receipt does not accompany the return, the refund amount will be for the current price. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased in the store require a receipt for all returns and exchanges and must be within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item by US Postal Service or UPS, please include your packing slip and send the package(s) to A. Dodson’s, 2948 Bridge Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23435.
